We have developed a 5 step hand cleaning process that will leave
your awning looking clean and protect it from the elements.
Step 1: We begin the cleaning process by spraying your

Step 2: We hand clean each awning. We gently scrub all sides
of your awning with soft scrubbers that thoroughly remove dirt,
stains and pollutants.

Step 3: A low pressure rinse is then applied to each awning to
remove cleaning solution and dirt. We always use a standard
hose for this process because pressure washers can scar and
damage your awning.

Step 4: We then reclaim all of the water that is used in the
cleaning process to comply with city and state regulations,. Our
cutting edge water reclaiming system insures proper
environmental protections.

Step 5: To complete your service, we squeegee all of the
windows that are involved with the cleaning. Finally, we leave a
door hanger for your convenience.
